• Horizontal Screen 6’ x 20’ with 3 decks
• V-Belt Drive with 40 HP (30kw) electric motor
• Single crown deck with drawing plates and carriage bolts for side tension wire cloth

• Kolberg 5044-32T sand prep with solid flight spirals
• Urethane wear shoes, shaft mounted reducers
• 2-15HP (11kw) electric motors

• 3 aggregate discharge chutes, one chute for each product deck
• 1 screen fines collecting hopper

MAIN FRAME

• High strength welded steel frame
