Screening Essentials Training- Leduc, AB

Registration is now open for our Screening Essentials training event as part of our Master Your Machine series. 
 
This session focuses on troubleshooting horizontal screens. Lad by an Astec factory representative alongside our Frontline team, participants will learn key features, common issues, and effective troubleshooting techniques. Through a combination of classroom instruction and hands-on practice, you'll develop the skills needed to efficiently address and resolve problems on-site. 

 
WHO SHOULD ATTEND:

  • Heavy Equipment Operators and Mechanics. 
  • Maintenance Managers. 
  • Site Supervisors. 

WHY ATTEND:

  • Discover the common types of component failures.
  • Identify issues related to lubricant leaks, belt slippage, and the feeding and flow of materials. 
  • Explore troubleshooting methods for addressing screen breaking and cracking issues.
  • Establish a basic understanding of how to improve screening efficiency. 

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN:

This course focuses on troubleshooting common issues with screening equipment. Participants will learn to address component failures, such as breakage, material feed problems, bearing issues, and lubricant leaks, and more. The course also covers methods to enhance screening efficiency. By the end, participants will gain the knowledge and skills to effectively troubleshoot and resolve Astec screen issues in real-world scenarios.
